By submitting an online application or registering via email for any conference, summit, or training organized by Evgenio , or by purchasing related documentation packs, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Once we receive your signed registration form, your application will be processed. A confirmation email along with an invoice and payment details will be sent within two (2) business day.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, and conference materials.
Payment is due within 10 days from the invoice date.
Accepted payment methods: credit card or bank transfer.
Delegates are responsible for any bank charges or transfer fees incurred.
Delegate substitutions can be made at any time at no additional cost.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
14+ days before the event – Full refund, no cancellation fee.
3-13 days before the event – 50% refund of the registration fee.
Less than 2 days before the event – No refund.
If unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the delegate pass may be transferred to another Evgenio event within one year of the original event date.
While we strive to deliver the event as advertised, Evgenio reserves the right to:
Modify event dates, venues, or program details as necessary.
Merge the event with another or make other logistical changes without penalty.
Offer refunds, partial refunds, or alternative solutions upon request in case of significant changes.
If an event is permanently canceled (without being rescheduled or merged), a full refund or credit note for the paid conference fee will be issued. Evgenio is not responsible for accommodation or travel costs incurred due to event rescheduling or cancellation.
All materials, presentations, and documentation produced or distributed by Evgenio in relation to this event are protected intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or publication is strictly prohibited.
